This 33 minute circuit, consists of nine stations with each station containing 1-3 different exercises, combining kickboxing/boxing drills, cardio, strength and core training all in one! The “focus mitt” station will have you using real kickboxing techniques, including punches, kicks, knees, elbows and more, on the focus mitts!
Any shape, skill or experience level is welcome! there will be 1-2 instructors on hand to help and motivate!
**You can still do the circuit on your own outside of the designated class times, but an instructor will only be there during the class times above.
