Nerf Gun Party

Parties are held on Saturdays from 2:00-4:00pm or 5:00-7:00pm and Sundays 2:00-4:00pm.

  • Minimum age - 5 and up. (Adults can play as well!)

  • Each guest MUST have the online waiver completed and signed by their parent/guardian, or they will not be allowed to participate. Completed waivers can be brought in or emailed to chieffitness30@gmail.com. Waivers are also available at the gym and can be completed the day of the party.

  • $175 plus tax for up to 20 maximum participants. Payment must be made in full to reserve the party. Payments can be made at the gym, or by clicking the link at the top of this page and going to the “payments” section.

  • Payment is refundable up to 7 days prior to the reservation, minus a $35 cancellation fee.

  • No refunds less than 7 days prior to party reservation date.

  • Party availability:

    4-6pm on Saturday or 2-4pm on Sunday

  • Parties are 2 hours in length with a 10 minute rule briefing. Time split between nerf play and food/presents, is up to the host parent.

  • Please DO NOT arrive earlier than 15 minutes prior to party for set up, allotted 15 minutes of clean up/tear down following party.

  • Party guests are asked to arrive at the scheduled start time of the event.

  • We provide: table for food/presents, safety goggles, ammo, extra nerf guns, team color jerseys and referee on hand to monitor rules of the games.

  • A variety of scenario games such as capture the flag, team vs team, free for all, are presented to the host to choose.

  • Guests can bring: food, nerf guns (no ammo, we provide), party supplies-IE plates/napkins/table cloths/etc…

  • Parents and family members who are not playing are welcome to watch and take pictures.

  • Guests are required to stay in the designated party and nerf battle areas. *Playing on and using other gym equipment is absolutely not permitted.




    LIABILITY WAIVER
