We currently offer two different youth classes for Ages 5-12!
KICKBOXING - A 60 minute class full of fun kickboxing/boxing drills, games and exercises just for the kids! A great way to keep your kids active and learn new skills, in a fun, laid back atmosphere!
AGILITY - 60 minutes of functional exercises, using fun games and obstacle courses! This class is designed to help improve agility, speed, coordination, strength and athleticism! Great for the kids who want to improve in sports, or stay active in the off season!
